Scope
ये Terms Mimizuku पर लागू हैं। Mimizuku local media चलाने, transcripts बनाने/translate करने, subtitles दिखाने और files export करने में मदद करता है।
Local-first behavior
Playback, transcription, translation, subtitle display और management सामान्यतः आपके device पर process होते हैं। Login, Premium, purchases, model downloads और external links के लिए network हो सकता है।
Eligible media
केवल वही media use करें जिसे play, transcribe, store, edit और export करने का अधिकार आपके पास हो।
Paid features
Mimizuku Premium में Premium transcription models, offline translation, export और fullscreen live transcript planned हैं। Japan reference price JPY 490/month 7-day trial और JPY 4,900/year 14-day trial है।

Governing law and jurisdiction
ये Terms Japan law के अधीन हैं। Applicable consumer protection law अलग न कहे तो Tokyo District Court first-instance exclusive jurisdiction होगा।
खाता और अधिकार
Premium, purchase restore, cancellation, refund, account deletion और email login के लिए Mimizuku account की जरूरत हो सकती है। User login methods सुरक्षित रखने और media को play, transcribe, translate, subtitle, export, share या publish करने के अधिकार रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
Generated outputs और subscriptions
Transcripts, translations, subtitles, thumbnails, waveforms, metadata और exports गलत हो सकते हैं और professional advice या official records नहीं हैं। Premium auto-renewing subscription के रूप में planned है। App delete करने से subscription cancel नहीं होता।
Liability और changes
कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक Mimizuku as is दिया जाता है और provider indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, third-party claims, network/storage fees या generated-output errors के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। Mandatory consumer rights सीमित नहीं होते। Features, models, prices, trials और platforms बदल सकते हैं।
