Scope

This policy is planned to apply to Mimizuku Premium purchases through direct macOS/Windows Stripe Billing and the allowed Windows Store Stripe path. App Store purchases follow Apple refund process.

Cancellation

Mimizuku Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Users can cancel future renewals through Stripe Billing Portal or the relevant store purchase-management flow.

Direct Stripe refunds

For direct Stripe purchases, refund requests are planned to be accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Renewal refunds may be reviewed case by case. Abuse, terms violations, chargebacks, or misuse may be excluded.

Refund request

To request a refund, contact support@mimizuku.net with the Mimizuku account email address, purchase date, plan, and reason. Do not send card numbers, identity documents, passwords, or one-time codes.

Trials and renewal

Monthly Premium is planned with a 7-day trial and yearly Premium with a 14-day trial where eligible. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Direct Stripe refunds

For direct Stripe purchases, refund requests are planned to be accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Renewal refunds, duplicate purchases, mistaken purchases, and serious technical issues are reviewed case by case.

Refund method and access

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, banks, card networks, stores, currency, and tax handling. Refunded, charged back, revoked, or failed payments may lock Premium access and Premium-generated artifacts.

Abuse and statutory rights

Refunds may be refused or paused for fraud, Terms violations, trial abuse, multiple-account abuse, excessive requests, chargebacks, or transactions already disputed with a payment provider. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer or store rights.
